Charis Sharp, PhD: Senior Partner
Charis has extensive experience in non-profit, independent, and charter school leadership. Her experience has focused on helping people do better work together. She is deeply committed to ensuring that everyone has access to impactful education. She is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach; holds a Master in Teaching, Master of Arts in Whole Systems Design, and a PhD in Leadership and Change; and is AMS credentialed in Administration.
Alissa Stolz, MEd: Senior Partner
Alissa Stolz, M.Ed. (she/her), is an AMS-credentialed Montessori educator (Secondary I–II and Administration) with more than 30 years of educational experience. She has served as a Head of School, secondary teacher trainer, field consultant, and Montessori charter school board member. She also founded a Montessori adolescent program and has extensive experience in school leadership and adolescent education.
She is currently pursuing her doctorate, researching how parents interpret developmental fit during the transition to Montessori middle school.
